This policy explains what information NOME DA EMPRESA (“we”, “us”) collects through thewhyyears.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Visits to our pages. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
Activity on our sales page. Our main sales page (the home page) uses the Meta Pixel. It uses cookies and collects information such as your browser and device, the pages you view and whether you start a checkout. We use it to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. The Meta Pixel is not used on our order, download or policy pages.
Purchases. Your payment is processed by Cakto, our payment provider. Cakto collects the details needed to process your order, such as your name, email and payment information, and shares with us your name, email and what you bought. We do not receive your full card number.
Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address to answer you.

How we use it

To deliver your files and send your download links.
To answer questions and process refunds.
To understand which pages and ads work.
To keep the records required by law, such as tax records.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Who else handles it

Cakto processes payments and sends order emails.
Meta receives Meta Pixel data from our sales page.
Cloudflare hosts our site and counts page views.
Google hosts the download files on Google Drive. Google’s own privacy policy applies when you open the download link.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
You can change how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@thewhyyears.com. We may need to keep purchase records that the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep support emails for as long as we need them to help you.

Children

Our products are made for adults. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give you the right to:

know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it;
ask us to delete it;
ask us to correct it;
opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information;
not be treated differently for using these rights.

In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name and email), commercial information (what you bought) and internet activity (pages viewed and actions on our sales page, through the Meta Pixel). We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising may count as “sharing” under California law.

To use any of these rights, email support@thewhyyears.com with the subject “California privacy request”. We will confirm your request by email and answer within 45 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
