These terms apply to thewhyyears.com and to The Why Years digital products sold by NOME DA EMPRESA (“we”, “us”). By buying or using our products, you agree to them.

1. What you’re buying

The Why Years products (the Complete Kit, the Pocket Cards, the bonuses, the Hard Seasons Edition and the Hard Seasons Pocket Cards) are digital files in PDF format. Nothing is shipped. After payment, you get your download links by email.

2. What you may do

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to:

  • use the files with your own family;
  • print as many copies as your household needs;
  • use them in a Sunday school class, homeschool group or classroom that you teach yourself.

3. What you may not do

  • Share, upload, email or post the files so other people can download them.
  • Resell, sublicense or give away the files, or printed copies made from them.
  • Remove our name or copyright notice from the files.
  • Use the content to make a competing product.

4. Educational material

The Why Years is an educational resource for families. It does not speak for any church, and it does not replace guidance from your church or professional help in times of grief or crisis. If a child is in danger, contact your local emergency services.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Cakto, our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars. On your card statement, the charge appears as DESCRITOR_DA_CAKTO.

6. Refunds

You have 30 days to ask for a refund. See our Refund Policy.

7. Ownership

The text, design and illustrations of our products belong to NOME DA EMPRESA. Bible verses are quoted from public-domain translations.

8. Limits

Our products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. The version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
