If you’re not happy with your purchase, email support@thewhyyears.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund every cent. No questions asked, and you can keep the files.

How to ask

Send us an email from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address in your message. Your order number helps, but you don’t need it.

What it covers

Any purchase made on thewhyyears.com, including add-ons such as the Hard Seasons Edition and the Hard Seasons Pocket Cards.

How you get your money back

We process the refund through Cakto, our payment provider, back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
